Who is responsible
PlannerBuild is the brand operating this coming-soon website. Data controller: JKM property investments, 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us about privacy, complaints or your rights at [email protected]. This notice concerns this public landing page; it does not describe the future PlannerBuild application or other websites.
What information is used and why
- Website delivery and security: Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and security events, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in providing a secure, reliable website.
- Enquiries: if you send us an email, we receive your name, email address, message and email metadata. We use them to reply and manage the enquiry, relying on our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, the applicable basis is taking those steps at your request.
- Early-access and launch emails: we send these only if you separately opt in. Our basis is consent. The optional checkbox starts unchecked; you can contact us without selecting it. Withdraw at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
- Privacy requests and complaints: we use necessary correspondence and proportionate identity checks to respond and meet our legal obligations.
How the contact form works
Typing into the form does not submit your details to us. The form prepares a draft in your email application. You must send it yourself; your email provider then handles transmission under its own terms. You may also email us directly. Only provide information needed for your enquiry, and avoid sensitive personal information or third-party personal details. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we cannot reply without a contact address.
Who receives information
Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and forwards email sent to [email protected] to our team Gmail inbox. Google provides that mailbox. Authorised people handling enquiries can access correspondence. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
International processing
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally and may process information outside the UK and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare and Google state in their published policies that they participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension for covered transfers, and use standard contractual clauses where applicable. The safeguards depend on the provider, service and destination; their policies explain the arrangements and how to request copies. Contact [email protected] for information about applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
How long information is kept
Our enquiry retention period is 30 days from receipt. This covers enquiry messages, attachments and associated contact details in our mailbox and any working copies. We delete those records at the end of that period unless a specific legal obligation requires retention. If you separately consent to early-access emails, we retain only the necessary subscription details for up to 30 days from that opt-in, or until you withdraw consent if earlier. A minimal suppression record may be needed to respect an unsubscribe request. Security records are handled under applicable Cloudflare service retention settings. Necessary-only browser preferences expire after 180 days. Any longer retention required for a specific legal obligation or dispute must be limited to that purpose.
Cookies and similar storage
Optional analytics and advertising tracking are disabled. We remember your necessary-only preference on your device; Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies. Read the cookie policy for storage details and controls. If optional tracking is introduced, consent will be requested before it runs.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable EU or UK data protection rules and their conditions, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. We do not use your information for profiling or solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Send requests or privacy complaints to [email protected]. We normally respond to rights requests within one month; where a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that period. Requests are normally free. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant EU/EEA supervisory authority, including where you live or work. You do not have to contact us first.
Security and external sites
The site uses HTTPS and browser security restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Links, including floorplan3D.com, lead to separate websites whose own privacy policies apply.
Use of artificial intelligence
AI was used to create this website and generate some of its images. Illustrations show a product concept and are not evidence of a completed building design or verified construction outcome. The landing page does not send form entries to an AI service.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website or our data practices change and obtain fresh consent where required. The date above identifies this version.
